Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment & Training Administrator in Wallingford, Oxfordshire to join an award-winning homecare provider, supporting private clients within their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation, with excellent career opportunities. As a Recruitment & Training Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for all new starters, from initial candidate attraction, interview stage, through to induction and initial client calls. Your responsibilities will involve: - Overseeing the recruitment process across 3 areas - Identifying staffing needs and plan recruitment campaigns - Research, schedule and execute regular community marketing events - Create and maintain all employment records - Manage and schedule all other training including formal induction requirements - Monitor compliance for all legislation relating to employment and health & safety Recruitment experience in the homecare sector would be extremely beneficial, however if you are customer focused, have excellent planning skills and are a car driver, this role could be suited to you!
