Job Description

Recruitment administrators are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. They work with nursing and care homes and other healthcare establishments, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. Recruitment administrators attract candidates by drafting role specific adverts for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, and referrals. Administrators will rigorously screen candidates, interview them, conduct background checks and ensure they are fully compliant with relevant healthcare regulations, (NMC/CQC/UKHCA/REC), before activating and placing to work. Typical work activities Recruitment administrator provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding, diverse and involves but is not limited to: • Providing administrative services to maintain records as clearly and accurately as possible using inhouse software(Newcare) • Answering general queries via incoming calls and emails. • Tele-screening applicants and booking them • Arranging interviews • Liaising with managers and candidate • Dealing with complete compliance including DBS checks and references • Ensuring candidates have a good experience throughout their application process • Arranging staff inductions • Developing a good understanding of clients, what they do, the healthcare industry, their work culture and environment; • Visiting clients where required to build and develop relationships; • Rostering The ideal candidate will have: • Previous Recruitment Administration experience • Strong administrative skills • High levels of attention to detail • Raising contract request • Proficient in MS Office packages and able to learn new systems • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organisations reputation and success. • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance, and openness to change with a drive to take initiative and build productive relationships with both clients and staff
