Position ByrneLooby is looking for a Recruitment Administrator who will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy recruitment department in a company with strong growth plans for the coming years. You will contribute in a meaningful way to the accomplishment of our recruitment strategy and provide full operational and administrative support. Company Description ByrneLooby is an international consulting engineering practice. We work with our clients to deliver value solutions for challenging projects across Ireland, UK and the Middle East. Requirements * Support the Recruitment Partner with sourcing open roles across Ireland, UK and the Middle East including advertising roles, screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and collating feedback * Ensure all candidates receive a very positive experience with regular updates on their application and next steps * Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and handle queries as they arise * Full responsibility for the administration and data input for our recruitment processes daily * Assist in arranging and representing ByrneLooby at career fairs across Ireland and the UK * Opportunity to work on Recruitment initiatives in local offices as well as across the international offices * Work on ad-hoc tasks, projects and events as they arise Other information * Relevant experience in a busy recruitment or administration role * Knowledge of engineering roles and previous experience in the industry would be an advantage * Ideally, third level Business degree * Strong Microsoft Office skills * An enthusiastic person who can work well under pressure * Strong experience in an administrative capacity with the ability to complete work to a high standard * Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and effectively * Highly organised and flexible
