Job Description

Our client, a renowned international law firm based in the City of London, requires a Recruitment Administrator to start ASAP. The main duties are: * Scheduling interviews with candidates * Managing Team / Office diary * Booking meeting room/equipment * To administer offer packs * Manage pre-employment screening for support staff * Setting up new joiner files * Prepare bespoke inductions for all new staff * Booking travel and accommodation * Meeting/greeting new joiners * Preparing induction packs * Manage the induction process * Ensure P45’s/new starter checklists are received for all new starters * Updating vacancies on the firm’s tracking system * Management and administration of the firm’s applicant tracking system * Responding to speculative applications * Maintaining the job offer spreadsheet * Booking temporary staff when required * Maintaining the HR Databased * Processing expenses * Supporting the team on recruitment projects * Attending internal/external training sessions as required * Any other ad hoc duties as required This role would suit someone currently working in Recruitment with 6-12 months experience. You need to have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to operate with minimum supervision. You need to be a strong team player, able to use your own initiative, ability to multitask and be effective under pressure. Experience working within a law firm is desirable.
