We practice our small-scale big difference approach in two areas: Financial Services and Tech/Media. We are currently looking to bring someone onto the Tech and Media side of the business and we are open to the experience that person may have. You may have worked for a recruitment company, in-house as a recruiter, be a fresh graduate or work in account management for a start-up. It's all about attitude. Things we don't do which most recruiters do: Cold Call, have tons of KPI's, have a salesy culture Things we value: Curiosity and interest in the area that we work (Internet, tech, media), passion, enthusiasm, consultative style, humour. The role will include working with some of the hottest start-ups and established companies internationally and being able to play a meaningful role in their growth
