£20,000 - £25,000/annum + commission, phone, pension, Location Leeds, West Yorkshire Redstone Rail is an industry leader with an established reputation for supplying quality engineering, technical and contingent labour personnel to the Rail industry. We are proud to have helped deliver some of the highest profile Rail projects in the country. We are looking for an experienced, target driven Recruiter / Resourcer to join the team based in one of Leeds prime locations in heart of Leeds city centre. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and make their mark with a growing business. You will be responsible for the following areas: * Building and developing our existing candidate database * Rostering and scheduling weekly contractors * Liaising with our client’s resourcing team * Mapping out markets in terms of identifying candidates and introducing Redstone Rail to them * Liaising with our internal compliance team to ensure all documentation is obtained from candidates * Carrying out face to face registrations of candidates As this is a fast moving environment with a great deal of interaction with candidates and clients, you will need to be: * Extremely organised * An excellent communicator, both over the phone and face to face and also via e-mail * Target driven * A quick and lateral thinker * Professional and smart in appearance * Ambitious If you match the criteria above and are looking for the next step in your recruitment career, please apply today
