Recruiter - IT, Digital, Development Ever wondered how the world of software works? How your favourite brands operate online? How that app works on your phone? If so you should consider a career in IT recruitment. Here at EMBS we are looking for a Recruiter with previous recruitment experience, someone who could pick up a warm desk, with exceptional clients and use this as an opportunity to grow a new practice area within the organisation. We're on a mission, we're disruptive in recruitment and have been a consistently successful technology & engineering recruitment business since 2003. EMBS is situated in a 3,500sq ft office in one of the first factories in the world. With real wow factor, this is a truly unique working environment. We are keen to find an individual who is fluent with modern day recruitment methods, experienced in using social media, LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, CRM and someone who has achieved success in recruitment previously. This role is open to those without experience but we need a fast learner, someone who's on the ball and can quickly pick up new techniques and is hungry to constantly improve themselves. We've got a well structured career path and opportunity to earn a life changing amount of money. The role comes with an excellent basic salary, pension and bonus which is the best in the business, structured in such a way that it is possible to earn bonus at up to 50% of billings uncapped. As the role progresses there is also a car allowance available together with some homeworking. We also offer extensive training delivered internally and via our external training partner.
