Polish Speaking HR Manager/ Headhunter

We are looking for a HR Manager/ Headhunter to join our team and help us fill our open positions with suitable candidates. You must be a confident self-starter, with ability to work unsupervised and to use initiative. It is also imperative that you are organised yet flexible and able to prioritize varying workloads to meet demanding deadlines. Responsibilities include defining hiring criteria, sourcing potential candidates on social media and reaching out to prospects via email or phone. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in Polish & English to interact with candidates and internal teams. Ultimately, you will place qualified candidates in a timely manner and build talent pipelines for our future hiring needs. Responsibilities • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles • Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary • Provide HR administrative support to the team and employees • Browse resume databases and portfolio sites • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates • Advertise open positions to external networks • Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals • Attend job fairs and organize career events • Keep in touch with past applicants • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role • Maintain company social media accounts and a positive PR profile • Provide administrative support to payroll department Requirements • Proven work experience as a Head-hunter, Recruiter, HR Assiatant or similar • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites) • Excellent communication in English and Polish and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails) • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously • Good decision-making skills • Ability to communicate in other Eastern European languages like Romanian, Slovakian, Bulgarian is an advantage • Typically you would start off in the following industries/ Job titles: B2B sales, B2C sales, Face to face sales, Door to door sales, Charity Fundraising, Sales, Graduate, Telesales, Phone sales, Direct Sales, Outbound Sales, Sales executive, Sales manager, Headhunter, Resources, Account Management, Business Development, Estate Agent, Membership sales
