The role We are looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate for a Recruitment Consultant position where the work focusses on building relationships with Permanent candidates and clients through telephone work. You will be matching candidates to our current permanent staff vacancies and arranging interviews and starts for professional business people. About you Ideally you will be a recent university graduate, but you could be an A level qualified individual who has chosen not to go to university. No previous experience is required but you will need a confident personality and a competitive mindset. You will also have a really good telephone manner and will be looking for a job that gives you the opportunity to progress your career and to earn commission from your hard work. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will be able to earn commission and bonuses on top.
