Abatec have an exciting opportunity to join us as an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator. The primary purpose of this role is to provide on-site support to our client and to our temporary workers on site. The Recruitment Coordinator will ensure that candidates are onboarded, inducted and then receive ongoing “on-the-job training”. The position of Coordinator also demands accountability to our client’s stakeholders and visibility as the face of Abatec. As an On-site Coordinator, you will: * Place staff in conjunction with the Production Line Manager * Continually be liaising, communicating and consulting with Manufacturing Team Leaders and Manufacturing Line Managers for requirements and placement of workers * Liaise and communicate with recruitment team with a view to introducing workers to Manufacturing Team Leaders following a uniform check and H&S checks * Perform sickness and lateness checks via clock cards and then report to the Abatec Account Manager and relevant Manufacturing Team Leaders * Achieve and aspire to over-achievement of internal Key Performance Indicators - specifically Fill Ratio, Attendance Ratio, and minimisation of attrition of the temporary workforce * Always be visible, approachable and available for providing training to Abatec’s workers and consultation to the client’s stakeholders * Daily number/check in reports sent to Recruitment team who in turn provide to the client as a head count check * Actively check new temps progress during weeks 1-4 to ensure they are doing their role properly and discussing any training issues with Manufacturing Team Leaders, if needs are identified then Coordinator is to be pro-active in organising training of said candidate * Deliver and administer inductions as and when necessary• Contribute to exit interviews for candidates We are looking for an On-site Coordinator with: * Clear and concise communication * Punctuality and reliability * Strong administration skills * Approachable and personable * Flexibility * Decision making and problem solving * Application of practical skills (hands on approach) * Qualified to minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths Salary and Benefits: * Salary DOE * Performance related bonuses * Option of Membership to the REC and relevant associated qualifications on successful completion of probationary period If you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Marion Davoust.
