Adecco Norwich are currently recruiting for a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join the team, No recruitment experience is necessary however you will need to enjoy sales and a fast-paced environment! Full training will be provided and is ongoing. Working Hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £19,000 - £22,000 In return we offer you: Generous reward package including a market-leading commission scheme Fun-filled incentives taking you across the globe First-class learning and development opportunities for all levels - entry to experienced, including mentoring support from day one.Responsibilities: Provide a warm and professional welcome for all visitors to the branch to ensure that the first impressions and contact with Adecco are positive Deal effectively with client and candidate queries and resolve them in a timely fashion. Collaborate with all members of the team to achieve the objectives/targets of the branch Conduct sales calls in order to introduce Adecco services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients. Arrange client meetings gain client commitment and keep abreast of their needs. Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, previous employment and availability - match to suitable vacancies/assignments. If no suitable vacancy /assignment exists, contact clients in an endeavour to obtain a suitable role. Generate leads from all possible sources including networking Present candidate details to the client and arrange an interview, where appropriate, optimise all opportunities to sell the services of Adecco. Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business Understand that the role is fast-paced, and target driven, with daily structure and activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
