KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Work Based Learning and Welfare to Work sectors. Job Title: Learner Recruiter / Enrolment Officer Location: North West / Cheshire Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 Type: Full Time or Part Time Duties include: - Work closely with the Business Development team to receive learner leads and sign-up learners within a set timescale. - Manage the full sign-up process and ensure sign-up paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time. - Gain all appropriate and mandatory documentation to ensure Employers hold Liability Insurance and have conducted Health and Safety checks. - Provide advice, support and guidance to learners ensuring they are fully briefed, and have a good understanding on all elements of the qualification. - Ensure Employers are fully briefed on all contributions, and the overall process to ensure learners are supported throughout the qualification. - Maintain employer/learner relationships - Manage your own diary effectively. Essential Criteria: - Experience of learner enrolment / sign-up to apprenticeship or other training courses. - Excellent attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills. - Excellent knowledge of the work-based learning sector and funding criteria. - Familiar with the learner sign-up process and paperwork - Full Driving licence and use of a vehicle Please note: KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
