Our prestigious international law firm client is currently looking for a Lateral Recruitment Manager to join their team, this position will work alongside the Head of Talent Resourcing in the delivery of the recruitment services to business groups with particular responsibility for running fee earner recruitment across the UK. The main responsibilities are managing all fee earner recruitment for Taylor Wessing UK, managing the recruitment process to include preparing job and person specifications, briefing recruitment agencies, screening CVs, managing the interview processes and managing the offer processes in partnership with the Talent Business Partners, managing the development and communication of Taylor Wessing's employer brand to the recruitment market to include coordination of regular engagement events with preferred suppliers, developing and executing the firm's social media recruitment strategy, leveraging the wider employer brand to enhance direct sourcing ability, manging the direct hire process through use of online tools, managing the employee referral scheme, tracking and monitoring the number of direct hires, contacts, network lists and databases, managing and regularly reviewing the UK firm's preferred supplier list, developing and producing all key management information requirements, i.e. key metrics, time to hire, agency performance and weekly pipeline reports, ensuring compliance with the SRA's regulations in relation to practicing certificates for UK and foreign qualified lawyers, project management of recruitment budget portfolios as part of annual budgeting / re-forecasting exercise. Candidates should have previous experience of Lateral recruitment within a law firm environment and be passionate about fee earner recruitment
