Internal Recruitment Marketing Manager, Up to £80,000 + Guarantee £33K option + 15% Bonus + Flexible Benefits, Amazing FTSE 100 Blue Chip Company based in the Cambridge Area We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruitment Marketing Manager to work in partnership with our clients Talent Acquisition and Internal Recruitment Delivery and Early Careers teams. In this role you will develop and then execute our clients global recruitment marketing strategy and campaigns, helping them to continue to hire talented people into the business. With our clients continued growth,they are on a journey to build out diverse talent pipelines using a range of channels, events and engagement activities built around the success of their people. You will align with our clients business groups, the People team colleagues and Marketing to ensure they present a compelling story to attract the best candidates in the market. Based from our clients  main UK offices in Cambridge you will report locally to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with colleagues across EMEA, the US and India/APAC, and some international travel will be required. The role will include a challenging mix of strategic thought, tactical delivery, social channel engagement and vendor management all aligned with the work of our wider TA operating model. As a valued subject-matter expert you'll help the business to deliver the Internal Recruitment and wider People team strategy. Why would you love this opportunity? If you are you'll be able to demonstrate  the following we would love to hear from you: - Significant experience in leading Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand strategy, with strong project and programme management capability - Experience of building successful programmes across regions and globally, and develop relationships with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other People team Communities of Expertise (Talent Development, Systems & Reporting/Metrics, etc.) - Capability to lead vendor partners, including recruitment marketing agencies and branding vendors (social channels: i.e. LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.) - A deep understanding of recruiting operations across Early Careers, Mid-Career and Senior Hiring - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills - used to presenting to key partners in an effective and engaging manner
