nitial Guidance and Recruitment Officer - Work Based Learning Sign Ups Cardiff Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week £18k - £23k Our client are one of Wales' leading training providers of skills and funded services. Responsibilities Responsible for arranging appointments with employers / learners to complete the sign up process for new qualifications Responsible for providing information, advice and guidance to support individuals in their choice of qualification Responsible for completing assessments / skills scans, via bespoke on-line system(s) to identify level of learning Accountable for setting clear expectations of the learners’ journey and providing information on the qualification requirements and standards Skills you will need to apply Excellent communication skills, Proven organisational skills working in a work based learning environment ideally assessing or worked in a quality training role where you have signed up learners previously, Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks, Full Driving licence and use of own vehicle Our client is a forward thinking, award winning growing training provider with a fantastic vision.  They nurture and develop their teams and offer full support to every member of their staff with personal and professional development.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an ambition to grow their career in a rewarding role and with a great employer.
