We are looking for a talented In-House Trainer/Recruiter living in the Hackney or Islington areas of London to join an excellent homecare provider. Do you want to be part of something special? In-House Trainer/Recruiter - £24K - £28K per annum DOE Do you have the passion and ability to deliver an efficient and appropriate training service for a quality focussed homecare provider? You would be joining a national homecare and leading brand, which enables its customers to maintain their lifestyle. Everyone of their customers are individual, and as such everyone has individual preferences and needs. Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve? Your role as their In-House Trainer/Recruiter is a pivotal role in identifying and developing the very best carers. You will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Your role will involve: · Interviewing inbound applicants; · Scheduling inductions; · Delivering induction training and annual reviews; · Managing the training matrix; · Sending for references and conducting DBS checks; · Delivering training for Care Certificates, Moving and Handling, Medication, Risk Assessments etc. What qualifications and experience will you need? · You will hold a training qualification, have experience of training or working in the care sector; · It is desirable that you have a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care; · You will have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle; · Excellent computer and administration skills. Maybe you an experienced Care Coordinator or Supervisor with experience in the homecare sector who is looking for something new?
