In House Recruitment – Team Leader Full time 37.5 hours per week £competitive Orchard at the heart of the community Orchard Care Homes has been running and managing care homes across the UK for over a decade. What you’ll be doing * You will support Operations and key stakeholders in the end to end recruitment process from taking the brief to assisting with on boarding activities. * As well as leading and supporting the recruitment team, you will be working closely with hiring managers to implement recruitment strategies which complement the overall business strategy and succession planning. Keeping the recruiting managers up to date on recruitment best practices, you will enable improved service delivery. * Using a variety of recruitment methods, including social media, you will reduce the need for third party agency costs by developing and maintaining a talent pool for short and long-term recruitment campaigns. * Implementing web-based marketing campaigns you will widen the available talent pool and enhance our brand. * You will provide key stakeholders with up to date recruitment statistics and analysis on recruitment campaigns, ROI and other key Management Information. Where you will be working: Our Support Centre in Harrogate provides additional support to the daily workings of our homes including HR, Recruitment, Finance, PR and Marketing. This enables our homes to focus on their main priority - the delivery of excellent care. What you’ll need: * Strong recruitment experience ideally having worked on-site or in-house * Excellent communication skills * Strong analytical and reporting skills * Attention to detail * Results orientated * Understanding of employment legislation including Right to Work and Vetting procedures * Excellent knowledge of applicant tracking systems The role may require occasional travel to the Homes and potential overnight stays Desirable Essential values and commitment You will share our objective to be the provider of choice in elderly care, be self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
