TopCashback is the UK’s most generous cashback website. Having been established in 2005, we are now the market leaders in cashback and still growing rapidly.
The UK site currently has more than 6.5 million members. We are an ethical company and live by the motto “do as you would be done by”. We extend this way of operating to not only our members and partners but also our employees as one of our core values.
TopCashback has previously featured as one of the fastest growing private companies in the UK for 3 consecutive years by the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 and has been awarded Cashback Site of the year 2016 and 2017. We have also won the Industry Choice Publisher of the Year from 2016 for 3 consecutive years.
Our business is growing successfully and so are the recruitment needs with it. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role sits within a small HR team. You will be mainly working autonomously on recruitment, managing the end to end recruitment along with opportunities to work on exciting projects like employer branding and enhancing our online presence.
Our core values are at the centre of all operations, hence finding the right candidates who will ‘grow within our culture’ is vital and our main focus, rather than targets to get roles filled quickly as can often be the case in recruitment.
The role would suit someone with high levels of motivation to manage their own work load and form the recruitment function in line with business goals. Being a part of a small team, you would be happy to help with ad hoc related duties within the team.
