Bristol Salary £17,000 – £20,000 Basic + Commission (I earned an OTE in first year of £39,000) + Up to £1,000 Pay Rise Every 3 Months + Contributory Pension + Training + Progression An advert with a twist – written by a Grad in their first year of recruitment. Recruitment is an extremely lucrative industry and allows you to surpass all salary expectations – however this is not an easy job. As a new consultant you will be tasked with making 100+ cold calls per day, deal with demanding clients and candidates alike. If you have the patience, determination and drive to overcome these hurdles then you will be successful.
