JS Recruitment are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Pontefract town centre. We are a growing business which means that there is great potential here to progress and develop whilst working closely with the Directors to shape the way forward for our consultancy. We are keen to speak with graduates who are interested in paving a career within recruitment and who demonstrate professionalism, customer focus and drive! Job Description What can you expect in the role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant at JS Recruitment? ·During your first six months, we will concentrate on training. We will provide support and guidance every step of the way to help you succeed. ·In the first month, we will agree a succession plan with to enable you to map out your short and long term goals and what we can do to ensure you achieve these. ·From the offset, you will start to identify, meet and build relationships with candidates and support them in finding their next role. As you become more confident, you will be speaking with clients and meeting them to understand their requirements and building long term relationships. ·You will learn how to manage the recruitment process from the initial job specification creation through to candidate placement. ·You will be expected to actively contribute to the planning, development and implementation of our business and recruitment strategies.
