Graduate Recruiters ! Fareham, Hampshire We are looking for 3 additional graduates with customer service skills to start careers as Graduate Recruiters at our offices on the Cams Hall business park in Fareham. Specific previous experience is not required but you should have strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. As a well established professional recruitment company - and one of the top 250 recruitment agencies in the UK - we help some of the UK's leading companies to fulfil their recruitment needs. Due to continuing demand from our blue-chip clients, we are looking for graduate trainees who are interested in working as Recruitment professionals. The main tasks will involve telephone customer service and matching candidates to open job vacancies. Ideally you will have had some previous telephone experience, but this is not essential. Determination, a competitive nature and excellent customer-facing skills are a good start and we will provide training and support to help you to establish a successful long term career.
