My client is seeking a Global Head of New Franchise Recruitment to help support the company's ambitious growth strategy. Working closely with the team you will be responsible for creating and implementing an end-to-end recruitment strategy that enhances the overall brand, as well as sharing the company's values and business model, and embedding the company ethos across all of the key partnerships. You'll be the go-to person for all things franchise recruitment for the company at a global level, working collaboratively with strategic partners across the business to attract and recruit high quality entrepreneurs. This is a role that combines strategy with execution so you will need to be comfortable with taking an idea from inception through to delivery, responsible for and empowering a cross-functional team which includes; Data & Insight, Marketing, Sales & Onboarding. Ultimately measured by the output of the Franchise Sales Consultants to deliver targeted growth through the quality of new entrepreneurs they bring into the business.
Overview of Key Duties:
*Responsible for the input and output of Data & Insight, Recruitment Marketing, Franchise Sales and Onboarding to define, implement and own the Global New Franchise Recruitment strategy, identifying opportunities and innovative solutions utilising a range of channels and methods to 'max the mix' of new talent we bring into the business
*Build and develop a high performing global recruitment function, as well as coach, manage and drive the performance and output of the Franchise Sales Recruitment team
*Identify opportunities for digital transformation, particularly in relation to attraction and sourcing strategies
*Understand key market trends in recruitment, technology, and marketing to identify and implement opportunities
*Identify data driven opportunities across the digital talent acquisition lifecycle
*Drive the value proposition for franchise recruitment and its integration into the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring that our messaging attracts the right calibre of new franchise business owners.
*Coach the New Franchise Sales consultants with active sales and sourcing techniques using both online and offline methods to drive potential new recruits to the business
*Deliver and lead exceptional resourcing excellence across our global business, including looking at ways to improve the candidate experience and selection and assessment process
*Upskill and inspire New Franchise Consultants with resourcing knowledge and confidence in owning the selection and assessment process, focusing on quality of hire
*Ultimately responsible for how the Head of Training optimises the transitional period from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring the new franchise owners have a best in class onboarding experience
*Lead by example, building strong relationships within the community, including candidates, business owners and colleagues, as well as engaging with strategic partners
*Nurture and build a high performing team globally, setting clear objectives, goals and measurements to monitor productivity whilst supporting colleagues to create a future without limits
*Identify key customer and behaviours that drive business success and develop tools and strategies
*Working in an agile and matrix environment to positively influence a range of stakeholders to deliver real value add for our business
*Act as a champion of our culture across the business, visibly role modelling our values and behaviours to your team, peers and the wider community.
*Successful track record of leading a cross-functional Recruitment function end-to-end; including Data & Insight, Talent attraction, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding & Employer brand.
*Experience of leading a function within an agency environment/high performance culture with clear KPI/sales focus.
*Experience of Recruitment Marketing & Sales budget management; including online & offline spend, and the associated return on investment
*Creating high-performance Sales culture; especially sourcing, mapping and converting candidates across multiple/defined routes-of-entry
*Data-driven decision maker, using internal and external information, to create a KPI mindset across various interdependent functions.
