If you would like to be part of our continued development, be trained by the best in the business, then please read on… The Role The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and sales focussed. No two days are the same! Day- to-day you will win new business opportunities and source candidates for these clients. This will involve you calling schools to find out their recruitment needs. You will place adverts on job boards, search databases and source the best candidates. You will build consultative relationships with candidates and schools and be proud to deliver an outstanding service to both.
