More Recruitment Solutions are looking for an experienced B2B results driven consultant to join the team at their Northampton based office. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious sales individual to join and grow the new division of a well-established driving agency. More Driver Solutions are diversifying into the multi-sector market under the brand of More Recruitment Solutions and require a driven sales person to break into different sectors. You will work closely with the Directors and Senior Sales Consultant to grow the business but will essentially be your own boss and be rewarded accordingly. The role is varied but predominately a blend of sales and candidate sourcing. You will be expected to build and develop your own client pipeline and build relationships with existing clients. Sales development * Gain new clients by phone, email or face to face by identifying and engaging with key decision makers * Sourcing leads and prospective opportunities form a variety of sources * Developing current client database * Implementing strategies to win new business from new and existing clients * Build and efficiently run a sales planner and database Candidate sourcing * Working with the recruitment team to source the best quality candidates for clients vacancies * Build a strong candidate database * CV Searching and head hunting to fulfil vacancies * Use social media to get the brand recognised Characteristics / Skills * Self-motivated and energetic * Target driven * Passionate about selling * Fantastic verbal and written communication * Ability to build and maintain relationships Experience * Minimum 6 months new business sales * Proven track record in converting sales * Experience in the permanent recruitment sector * Tendering for new contracts * Running a sales database * Candidate selection, sourcing and placing candidates with clients
