We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Business Development Director/ Recruitment Business Development Manager to join this highly successful brand paying: £65k-£80k OTE £100k which is still to be decided officially but being the Recruitment Industry, it will be a healthy OTE. The offices are in Liverpool Street/London but they also have offices in Surrey and Berkshire but you will be working out of the London office mainly.You will be dealing with Mid to Senior-level roles, so clients you will be dealing with be C-Suite level.
There is flexibility to work from home some days and flexibility to work out of other offices.
This is a new exciting role to join a growing business who has really made a mark in the industry and the requirement is driven by having identified a significant business opportunity from connecting more directly with C-Suite stakeholders in current and new client customers.
The individual they appoint into this role will be able to communicate in a compelling manner, both verbally and in written form – they will be a good listener and have a knack of asking great questions that differentiate self & the brand; by generating commercially valuable information.
The role demands high levels of intellectual curiosity – of clients, of technology, of talent demand trends.

•Build their customer contacts with targeted client segments (and targeted specific clients – as agreed with the Operating Board) focusing on the following Job Roles; CFO, CIO, CTO, COO, Business Transformation Director.
•Develop and implement a system for identifying and targeting large programmes of change within target customer base. This will involve use of external feeds and influencing others in the Business to generate intelligence, before leading on the business development efforts required to position SH well to assist at the outset of the Programme.
•Initiating phone contact and face to face meetings with target client contacts, inviting, where appropriate, for colleagues.
•Attend networking events and seminars / conferences as appropriate.
•Work alongside Marketing Team and Directors to organise and lead on Client round-tables and larger events.
•Flexibility to travel as required for effectiveness in the role, UK and European (likely to be no more than 1 week in 4). The travel will start off in London and South East & will grow into European travel in the future.
•Implementing New Business strategies and ideas to grow client base, your ideas will be valued as a Senior member of the team
•You will have NO direct reports and will be reporting into the CEO and working alongside other Senior Directors in the Business
