We have an exciting opportunity available for an Apprenticeship Assessor/Trainer with Recruitment Sector experience. This training organisation is growing at a very healthy rate so an excellent opportunity for development and progression. This company has an excellent reputation focused around "Outstanding" delivery of Apprenticeship programmes throughout England and Scotland. As a CAVA/A1/TAQA qualified Assessor you would be supporting a caseload of 40 learners, assessing against Recruitment standards. As a qualified Trainer/Coach you would receive a highly competitive salary of between £24000-£27000, Company Car, Private Health Care, Laptop, Mobile. A background working in high street recruitment, as well as the relevant qualifications are highly desirable. You will be working in a variety of offices throughout the Midlands and M1 corridor and you will be supporting employees who work in a variety of Recruitment Roles up to Management level. The Recruitment Qualification will be delivered over a 13 month period. The two qualifications will be level 2 and level 3 and will include the delivery of functional skills where applicable and classroom delivery. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Trainer/Assessor- Recruitment: - Assessor Qualified, CAVA, A1, TAQA or D32, D33 is highly regarded - PTLLS or similar a Teaching Qualification would be desirable - Vocational experience working within the Recruitment sector, ideally for a High Street Recruitment Agency - Experience of coaching and delivery of Training Programmes within the recruitment sector. - Full UK Driving license - Flexibility to travel with overnight stays where applicable This position is available immediately.
