Harrier Talent Solutions appoints executive general manager - operations
Harrier Talent Solutions has appointed Zain Wadee as its executive general manager - operations.
Wadee has more than twenty years’ leadership experience in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service programs (MSP) market, where he has led significant accounts for major brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Based in Melbourne, he is responsible for Harrier’s RPO and MSP business, including a national portfolio of enterprise and project solutions, Perth-based sourcing hub and shared service centre in Manila. Working in close partnership with Harrier Talent Solutions Founder and CEO, Kelly Quirk, Wadee will also lead Harrier’s technology and management consulting practices.
Quirk said, “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Zain to the team, and to Australia. After an extensive search, we felt strongly that to execute our aggressive growth strategy and continue to delight our existing customers required a depth of experience and capability that was not available in the Australian market.”
Wadee joins Harrier’s senior leadership team from the UK, where he has previously worked for global talent businesses including Manpower, Randstad Sourceright and Hyphen, the Adecco Group’s RPO business; a company that he led to achieve growth of over GBP700m before successfully rebranding and relaunching in the EMEA market as Pontoon Solutions.
