Talent founder and executive chairman, Richard Earl, said, “I’m delighted with these appointments as they represent a massive step forward in our efforts to accomplish our vision of creating a truly global business. The fact that both appointees are female is incidental - they were both clearly the best person for the job!”

Gapaillard commented, “Talent RISE is continuing to gather momentum in Australia, NZ and globally and I am very excited to be part of this movement to disrupt disadvantage and provide our young people with employment opportunities and enable them to find independence, purpose and dignity through work.”

Brown added, “I’m thrilled to be taking on this newly created role as the business expands further globally. Talent is changing the face of the recruitment industry with a unique combination of compassion and technology and it’s exciting to be tasked with growing the brand while the future of work is progressing at such a rapid pace.”
