Hays opens Bunbury office
Hays has opened an office in Bunbury in response to expected jobs growth in the Peel and South West region for qualified, professional and skilled people.
Hays will recruit skilled professionals across corporate, technical and trades-based roles in all of the region’s primary industries including construction, mining and agriculture and professional services.
David Irvine, business director of Hays in Bunbury, said opening a local office allows Hays to better service its existing client base, which spans both the public and private sectors.
He commented, “We are investing in the South West as a vote of confidence in the local job market,” he said. “The South West region is buoyant with new projects driving job growth, particularly in the resurgent mining sector as well as in the construction, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, tourism and agricultural industries.
“By opening an office locally we’re closer to our clients and candidates and can better service them.
“We have access to a national and international database of skilled candidates. We believe we can offer a superior service to attract the very best talent back to the Peel and South West region.
“By opening in Bunbury, we’re demonstrating a commitment to the local market and a belief in its ongoing strength.”
The new office will be managed by Irvine.
