APSCo Australia redevelops Professional Staffing & Recruitment Sector Remuneration Report for 2018

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) Australia, in collaboration with its Affiliate Members HHMC International and Staffing Industry Metrics, has re-developed and re-launched the Professional Staffing & Recruitment Sector Remuneration Report 2018.

The Remuneration Report, which was last published in 2015, has returned by popular demand.

APSCo Australia managing director, Julie Mills, said, “Remuneration data is one of the most frequently requested items from business owners and managers and for a number of years, staffing and recruitment organisations have been seeking more detailed remuneration data for the ANZ recruitment sector.

“We’re very pleased to be able to bring this revamped Report back to the Members and industry who so greatly value it. In our sector’s increasingly competitive market, talent attraction and retention has never been so important to employers.”

Companies who choose to participate in providing data for the report will have access to an interactive online dashboard, as well as the detailed Remuneration Report that provides strong analytics and benchmarks of remuneration data and benefits for like businesses (by headcount) and across verticals.

The data will be collated on the global business intelligence platform of Staffing Industry Metrics and analysed by HHMC. Burning Glass (who provides data for APSCo's Professional Staffing Trends) will also provide input to the Remuneration Report.
