Harrier Human Capital appoints chief people officer

Harrier Human Capital has appointed Rachael Kelly as its chief people officer and head of consulting.


Reporting directly to CEO, Kelly Quirk, Kelly will lead Harrier’s people and culture initiatives to support the strategic growth and evolution of its business. She will also work closely with Sue Howse, managing director of Harrier's subsidiary business, Harrier Talent Solutions, to evolve its HR consulting practice, furthering the company’s total talent management offering.


Kelly (pictured) has nearly 20 years’ experience working within, and consulting to, government, private and publicly listed organisations, both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Harrier, she held executive HR and change management positions with international law firm Slater & Gordon, based in London and the Victorian public sector.


Quirk said, “I am excited to have Rachael as part of Harrier’s executive team. With her wealth of HR and change management experience she will drive our people and culture strategy from the executive level to enhance and preserve what makes Harrier a great place to work.”


Kelly is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and the AICD, a certified Prosci ADKAR change management professional and committee member of the Change Management Institute (Australian Chapter).
