Harrier Human Capital appoints chief people officer
Harrier Human Capital has appointed Rachael Kelly as its chief people officer and head of consulting.
Reporting directly to CEO, Kelly Quirk, Kelly will lead Harrier’s people and culture initiatives to support the strategic growth and evolution of its business. She will also work closely with Sue Howse, managing director of Harrier's subsidiary business, Harrier Talent Solutions, to evolve its HR consulting practice, furthering the company’s total talent management offering.

Prior to joining Harrier, she held executive HR and change management positions with international law firm Slater & Gordon, based in London and the Victorian public sector.
