Nominations for RCSA’s 2018 awards open
Nominations for this year’s RCSA Industry Awards are now open.
The industry body has updated this year’s awards process with new categories and has made the process to enter easier.
This year there are 10 categories with nominations being accepted for nine of those; the new CEO Outstanding Contribution Award cannot be nominated for and will be selected by RCSA CEO, Charles Cameron.
The categories for the 2018 RCSA Industry Awards are:
- Recruiter of the Year
- CSR Excellence
- Rising Star of the Year
- Excellence in Safety and Risk Management
- Excellence in Client Service
- Excellence in Candidate Care
- Operational Excellence
- Marketing Campaign of the Year
- Tech Innovation of the Year
- RCSA CEO Outstanding Contribution
If you work with or for an individual or organisation you believe is a strong ambassador for our sector, RCSA encourages you to nominate them for an award.
The nomination criteria and guidelines are available on the RCSA website here.
Nominations can be made through a written submission of a maximum of 1,200 words, which addresses the key selection criteria or by a video entry which runs to a maximum of three minutes.
The awards are only open to RCSA individual members of those working for RCSA’s corporate members. If you would like to be involved and are not a member of RCSA, you can join here.
“This is a chance for our industry to come together to recognise and promote excellence in what we do,” Cameron said. “As a sector, we are constantly evolving, learning and growing and events such as these encourage us to continue doing so.
“We welcome all nominations.”
The RCSA Australian Awards night will be held at Melbourne’s Peninsula Docklands in June while the New Zealand Awards will be held at the Hilton Auckland on 5th July.
Nominations for the Australian and New Zealand awards close 23rd April.
