Harrier Talent Solutions appoints client development director
Harrier Talent Solutions (HTS), subsidiary of Harrier Human Capital (Harrier), has appointed Giles Kirkham as its client development director.
Reporting to managing director, Sue Howse, Kirkham joined HTS on 13th November and is based in Melbourne, albeit with a national remit.
Kirkham brings a wealth of experience and commercial skills to HTS. With over 20 years’ business development and account management experience he has held a number senior leadership positions across a range of industries and companies, including Australia Post and PageUp. He is an accomplished sales leader with expertise in business management, revenue growth and relationship management, with the proven ability to drive performance and develop effective sales and bid strategies to achieve business objectives, while supporting clients to reach their human capital goals.
Of Kirkham’s appointment, Howse said, “The growth of HTS is a key priority for the Harrier group and having dedicated sales expertise of the calibre that Giles brings is a critical enabler as he drives sales pursuits in the APAC market. As well as being a great cultural fit for us, Giles has a deep understanding of BPO, RPO and talent management technologies.”
